RETURN POLICY OF THE ART STORE
PURCHASING ART
Buyer Liable for Purchase Price and Sales Tax (collectively, the "Purchase Fees").
Payments. Payment for the Art may be made by credit card, PayPal, money order, or by a check payable to U.S.-Ukraine Foundation. All posted purchase prices are listed according to their value in U.S. dollars. If payment is made by check, the piece(s) of Art will not be shipped until the check clears and payment is received by U.S.-Ukraine Foundation.
DELIVERING THE PURCHASED ART
Shipping and Packing. Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art and ship them to the address specified by buyer. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment.
Ownership Transfer. The Art shall be and remain the risk of the seller until it is shipped to the buyer, and thereafter the risk shall shift to the buyer.
RETURNS
Return Period. Unless otherwise stated under "Returns" for a particular piece of Art, a buyer may return a piece of Art within five (5) days after the date of buyer's receipt of such piece of Art (the "Return Period"). No returns will be accepted after such period. In the case of return, a buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with the transaction.
No Return. Art cannot be returned if it is shipped outside of the United States.
Return Process. If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must contact U.S.-Ukraine Foundation customer support during the "Return Period" (e-mail to oleksiy@usukraine.org or calling (202)223-2228. If the returned piece of Art has not been altered and is returned within the Return Period, U.S.-Ukraine Foundation shall reimburse buyer the total amount (less insurance, packing, and freight) within thirty (30) days of the notification. Reimbursement shall be made by crediting buyer's account (if the purchase was made by credit card) or by issuing a check (if the purchase was made by check). Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and U.S.-Ukraine Foundation shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts. If the returned pieace of art is damaged or altered, U.S.-Ukraine Foundation will charge for the damage and may not proceed with the reimbursment by returning the art piece to the buyer.
